Ensure consistency in your tagging approach to maintain an organized library. Use standardized keywords and avoid synonyms or variations of the same tag.
Relevant Tags
Assign relevant and descriptive tags that accurately represent the product. Consider the product's attributes, usage, and any other pertinent information that can aid in its identification.
Limit the Number of Tags
While tags are useful, avoid over-tagging. A few well-chosen tags are more effective than an extensive list that may complicate searches.
Regularly Review and Update Tags
Periodically review and update your tags to ensure they remain relevant and useful. This practice helps maintain the effectiveness of your tagging system over time.
