1. Projects

To navigate to the Projects  section follow these steps:

1. Log in – After signing into your Zakeke account, access the 3D DAM & AR Viewer.

2. Navigating the Menu – Inside the DAM, you’ll find the Projects section in the main menu:

This section allows you to manage and track the status of your 3D assets throughout the modeling process.

All the assets that are undergoing the 3D modeling process can be found in this section.

Filters

  • Status (Draft, Todo, Doing, Review, Done)
  • Deadline (Overdue, Upcoming)
  • Search by Title
  • Click on the round arrow icon to reset all filters

 

Fields

In the table you can find the preview image of the asset to be modeled and the asset title. You can monitor: 

  • Preview
  • Title
  • Status (Draft, Todo, Doing, Review, Done)
  • Created/Updated At dates
  • Deadline
  • Detail icon

Click on the Detail to explore the project detail page.

Looking at the top of the page you can monitor the status of the model (Draft, Todo, Doing, Review, Done). 

  • Draft : temporary status, pending planning
  • Todo: reference images and files required for modeling have been uploaded and the asset is ready to be worked
  • Doing:  3D modeling process has started
  • Review: the 3D model is ready and you can start reviewing it 
  • Done: the 3D model has been approved and published in the Asset library 

Each 3D model is equipped with its Asset Information. You can also add notes to streamline the 3D modeling process. 

All along the 3D modeling process, you can always update images or .zip attachments. 

Once the 3D model has been reviewed, you can click on Done to find the model in the Asset library, ready to be published

 

Sharing via temporary link

From the project detail page, you can generate a temporary link to the 3D model. This feature is available only for assets in “Review” status.

The link is view-only, does not require authentication, and expires automatically after 48 hours. 

 

2. Requests for Services

Requests for Services temporarily unavailable 

The Request for Services feature is temporarily suspended and new 3D modeling requests cannot be submitted through this section at the moment. For any 3D modeling or service inquiry, please contact our Support team at help@zakeke.com.

To navigate to the Request for Services section follow these steps:

1. Log in – After signing into your Zakeke account, access the 3D DAM & AR Viewer.

2. Navigating the Menu – Inside the DAM, you’ll find the Request for Services section in the main main menu:

Click on Request for Services to access the Zakeke Assistant — a chatbot powered by AI.

How to use the Zakeke Assistant

  1. Start the conversation
    The assistant will greet you and ask you to describe the type of experience you want to create for your product.

  2. Provide project details
    Share your idea, your product, and what you want to achieve. The more context you provide, the better the assistant can help you.

  3. Share required information
    The chatbot will guide you step by step to collect all the necessary details about your project — such as product type, customization options, and any specific requirements.

  4. Upload Product Images
    You can upload reference images of your product to help our team better understand your idea.
    To do this:
    • Click the 📎 clip icon in the chat.
    • Select one or more images from your device.
    • Write a short message describing the images.
    • Click the send icon to upload them.

  5. Submit your request
    Once all details are completed, the assistant will automatically forward your request to the Zakeke team for review.

What happens next

Our dedicated Zakeke team will analyze your request and get back to you with:

  • A proposed solution tailored to your goals.

  • A cost estimate based on the information you’ve shared.

Tips for a faster process

  • Be as specific as possible in your descriptions.
  • Upload reference images or files when prompted.

Following these steps ensures a quicker and more accurate evaluation, helping you move seamlessly from idea to implementation.
