Inside General Settings you can find a collection of settings that apply across various aspects of the Zakeke's system.
Share
With Zakeke customers are empowered with the ability to share their designs with anyone.
You are provided with two options (and you can activate both or only one of them):
- Share image: it enables customers to share a screenshot of the personalized product.

Share design: it enables customers to share a link to their personal designs with anyone, and the receivers can then either buy the product or keep on customizing the designs.
Please note
Share Design does not work with OpenCart, ShopWired, and Shopware integrations.
Both options are activated by default.
Save
The Save Design button allows your customers to save their design for later for one product or for usage across all products.

Image scaling
If checked, Zakeke scales down the images used in the design to guarantee the buyer an excellent performance with any device and internet connection. Scaling only applies during the live personalization, the print-ready files are generated with the original images.

Enable customers to manually enter sizes for images
Customers can manually enter sizes for the base and height of the images (other than being still able to resize the images by using the resize tool).

CorelDRAW Font Compatibility
Enable this option to generate print files without quotes around font names, solving the issue where CorelDRAW doesn't recognize fonts in print-ready files (read explanation here). This ensures fonts are correctly identified and reduces manual intervention.
Product Setup

Automatic resizing of product images
By default, when you configure your customizable products, product images (sides) are resized to 1024x1024 pixels to optimize the performance of the Visual Product Customizer. This does not affect the quality of the final print file, which is generated separately at full resolution. Disabling this option is not recommended, but if your product images contain fine details or text that appear unclear at 1024x1024, you can turn off automatic resizing to use higher-resolution images instead.

Custom email address for Zakeke email notifications
In this section you can set up your own email address for email notifications sent from Zakeke. Emails are only used for Get a Quote, Manual Orders, Etsy, Amazon and Kiosk Mode.
