How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Zakeke subscription by following simple steps with some exceptions based on your e-commerce platform.

1. General instructions

Cancel your Zakeke subscription by following this process: 

  • Go to your Zakeke dashboard
  • Select Your Account
  • Go inside Plan
  • Click on Cancel Subscription

     

2. Cancellation on Shopify

Cancel your Zakeke's subscription on Shopify by removing Zakeke directly from the apps in your Shopify admin panel.

Go to your Shopify dashboard and select Apps > then choose Apps and sales channels settings > Select Zakeke and click on Uninstall.

Remember: once you remove the Zakeke app from your store your subscription will be cancelled. 

 

3. Cancellation on Wix

Cancel your Zakeke's subscription on Wix by:

  • deleting the Zakeke widget from your Wix Website Editor. 
    Go to your site Editor > right click on Zakeke widget > click on Delete
  • removing the Zakeke app from your Wix app admin dashboard. 
    Go to your Wix Studio > Apps - Manage Apps > Select Zakeke and click on Delete
     

Remember: once you remove the Zakeke app from your store your subscription will be cancelled. 

 

⚠️ Caution

Please be advised that after cancelling your subscription, all assets in your account will be retained for 6 months. After this period, all content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered in any way. If you reactivate your subscription within the 6-month period, no content will be deleted.
