How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Zakeke back-office > Your Account > Plan > Cancel Subscription. 

 

IMPORTANT - For Shopify & Wix users

  • Shopify - In order to cancel your subscription you need to remove Zakeke from the apps in your Shopify admin panel;

  • Wix - cancel your subscription by removing the Zakeke app from your Wix app admin dashboard.

 

Please be advised that from the date of subscription cancellation, all assets in the account will be retained for a period of 2 years. After this period, they will no longer be available.
