Order Desk is a hosted order management system that allows you to automate and streamline your order workflow.
You can use it to connect Zakeke with other services and manage your orders and print files through customized rules.
How to activate the OrderDesk integration
For all users except Etsy users
Only for Etsy users
To make Order Desk able to manage customized products on Etsy, you should create a new Order Desk rule on your OD admin:
- Access to your Order Desk admin
- Go to Settings > Rule Builder
- Click on New Rule
- Choice Order Item Rule as rule type
- Click on Order is imported as event
- Set the actions as in the screen below
- Name it as: Set SKU as design and save
