What is the size limit for the images uploaded by the customer?

The limit is based on your Zakeke plan:

• STARTER plan

- up to 10 mb for each image

- up to 50 mb as total for each print area

• ALL OTHER PLANS

- up to 50 mb for each image

- up to 150 mb as total for each print area

PLEASE NOTE

For raster formats, it is not possible to exceed 20000px.
