You can activate an option to get direct access to the print-ready files in the order page details in Shopify.
Go to your Zakeke back-office > Settings > Shopify Settings and check "Enable the ability to get the printing files from your Shopify admin"
From now on, when you receive an order via Zakeke, you'll be able to download the print-ready files from the order in Shopify. See below:
