An overview of the Zakeke back-office
The back-office of Zakeke is your control panel where you can manage your personal account and payment data, configure your customizable products, get print-ready files for your orders, edit the customizer UI and manage all customization tools and settings.
The BackOffice is composed by:
A user profile section from where you can:
- see your account details, set a profile image or delete the account (please note: if you use Zakeke on a Shopify store, in order to delete your account/subscription you have to delete the app from the Shopify back-office);
- set your timezone;
- change your password to access Zakeke.
A toolbar where you can change the language of the back-office and read the news on new features and improvement and important notices (changelog).
A navigation sidebar containing a menu from where you can access all tools and settings of your Zakeke, including your subscription details;
A working area where you can see data and do all your tasks;
A help button that allows you to request support for issues and questions about Zakeke.
