How to Grant Access to Your Account to Zakeke Staff

You can now authorize for free the Zakeke team to access your account if you need help with Zakeke.

This is the only way for the Zakeke team to access your account out of respect for your privacy. Adding the Zakeke STAFF Account does not require the payment of any fee.

To allow us access to your account please go to: 

1. Your Account
2. Then go inside Users and Permissions
3. Select Invite new user
4. Choose from the Roles list the last one, Zakeke Staff Account
5. To confirm, click Invite

In this way we'll have the access to your account and we can provide the support you need on your account.
